Progressing Ballet Technique is a body conditioning and strengthening program that uses ballet-technique specific exercises to enhance students technique and help them prevent injury. PBT focuses on core strength, weight placement, and alignment of the body with a gradual approach of carefully designed exercises, and repetition of these exercises to trigger muscle memory, and enhance the ability of each athlete to perform at their best. 

This Class is open to everyone and on zoom.

Equipment/Tools:

Yoga mat

Exercise/Yoga ball (55 inch) 

Fusion/pilates Ball (9 inch) 

Theraband (medium strength, 9.8 feet or as long as possible)
